Leaders of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area provide door-to-door services to help enterprises solve problems

On April 19, Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led an inspection team to a number of key enterprises of the Airport Industrial Park. They held on-site meetings to address difficulties and concerns that hinder the production, operation, and development of enterprises, in order to facilitate the high-quality development of these enterprises.

At Yunnan  Cold Brew Technology Co., Ltd, Yang reviewed the progress of solving the "difficulty in accessing natural gas" issue that the company had previously reported. He also inquired about the company's technological innovation, market sales, and development plans. Yang encouraged the company to conduct in-depth research on consumer demand, improve products' added value through customization and derivative creativity, firmly grasp consumers' attention, and expand into more markets.

At Yunnan Shenboyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Yang Dongwei and his team heeded the company's leaders' introduction to product technology, raw material selection, and market entry standards. Yang said that technological innovation is the core competitiveness for enterprise development. Companies should carefully study industry trends, focus on their own work, and strive to "make a big impact in their small world" in their respective fields.

At Yunnan Chuangxin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Yang conducted an in-depth investigation of the production situation in the workshop and held on-site meetings to address the company's demands. He said that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will actively support enterprises in multiple aspects, such as party building, and help enterprises achieve development with ease.

At Yunnan Zhongwei Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., Yang addressed the company's difficulties in recruiting and retaining of employees. He requested that the company maintain confidence in its development, continuously improve its human resources management level, increase recruitment advertising in local communities, and transform community labor into productivity. 

Yang emphasized that Yunnan Dianzhong New Area can only achieve high-quality development with a good business environment as its support.
