Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) allocated 483 million yuan in 2025 central budgetary investment to support key regional transformation and development in Yunnan Province. These funds will be directed towards projects within key parks in Mohan, Ruili, and Dian Zhong New Area.

These funds will support the construction of 11 projects within key parks in Mohan, Ruili, and Dian Zhong New Area, including the construction and renovation of roads, transportation engineering, and sewage treatment infrastructure. The implementation of these projects will further promote improvements in the infrastructure of key parks in Yunnan Province, enhance their capacity to undertake industrial transfers, and better attract enterprises and manufacturing companies from eastern and central China to establish operations in Yunnan's parks.

According to the Dian Zhong New Area Economic Development Bureau, three projects in the New Area have received support from these funds, totaling 112 million yuan. These include the Xiaoshao International New City Road Network Construction Project (Road No. 5) with 55 million yuan, the Anning Industrial Park Metallurgy-Advanced Equipment Manufacturing and Environmental Protection Industrial Park (East Zone) Road No. 11 Project with 39 million yuan, and the Anning Industrial Park Green New Energy Battery Industrial Park Qinglongshao Area Road No. 1, No. 2, and supporting pipeline engineering project with 18 million yuan.

In the next step, the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission will resolutely implement the requirements of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government regarding the promotion of industrial transfer, continuously supervise and guide relevant local areas in standardizing project and fund management, and accelerate project implementation to ensure the completion and commissioning of relevant projects on schedule. The Commission will also continue to optimize the business environment, effectively leverage the guiding and catalytic roles of fiscal funds, widely attract enterprises and private social capital from eastern and central China to participate in the construction and operation of key parks, and enhance the capacity receive industrial transfers better and faster.
