Dianzhong Fund and Capital Fund sign strategic cooperation agreement

On September 25, the relevant leaders of Dianzhong Equity Company and Dianzhong Fund Company led a team to Beijing Capital Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Capital Fund") to discuss cooperation. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on private equity fund collaboration, fund management platform cooperation, industrial project attraction and services for enterprise settlement, technological innovation, and industry cultivation, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The Capital Fund, established in 2007, originated from Tsinghua University and is a research-driven private equity investment platform with 17 years of industry experience. With tens of billions of RMB in assets under management, it has consistently ranked in the top 20 of China's leading investment institutions in the advanced manufacturing sector, according to Zero2IPO and ChinaVenture rankings. The Capital Fund boasts a stable and professional investment team, developed through internal training, and leverages expert resources from Tsinghua University's Private Equity Research Institute to closely track global industrial trends and achieve full industry coverage. Its funds focus on investing in leading companies in niche sectors of hard tech, with a primary focus on advanced manufacturing and high-end equipment, new generation information technology, carbon neutrality, and frontier technologies. The fund has made numerous investments across the aerospace and low-altitude economy industry chains.

After signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will adhere to the principles of "openness, fairness, complementarity, and mutual benefit." Through an efficient, pragmatic, and collaborative innovation model, they will focus on the key industries in Yunnan Dian Zhong New District, integrate and connect resources, and drive accelerated industrial development through the landing of high-quality projects. Additionally, they will deepen collaboration in areas such as industry research, investment analysis, risk management, mechanism building, and team development, fostering a professional and efficient comprehensive cooperative environment.
