At present, In order to improve the standardization and capabilities of the primary-level government affairs service of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, the Government Affairs Service Management Bureau in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area organized and conducted training on enhancing the integration capabilities of primary-level government affairs service at Xiaoshao Sub-district Office. In this training, from the perspective of helping the masses accomplish one matter, the dynamic management, comprehensive application acceptance, back-end processing, and comprehensive document processing of government affairs service matters were comprehensively trained following the full-process, full-factors, and full-part model.

Based on the principle of not requiring community residents to go around and minimizing the travel of community staff, training instructors carried out real case teaching, combined with high-frequency convenience services, such as applying for senior citizen cards, issuing disability certificates, determining minimum living guarantee recipients, disbursing guarantee funds, and providing welfare subsidies to the elderly. They detailed the entire process of how community residents complete one matter, implementing the concept of "making data travel more, and people travel less." The training also included a Q&A session, and officials of the Government Affairs Service Management Bureau in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area answered the practical issues encountered by primary-level staff one by one. Everyone expressed that this training was innovative in its form and significant in its effect. Through learning, they gained a better understanding and mastery of the work process and operational skills of Yunnan Government Affairs Service Platform systems, which effectively addressed practical difficulties in their work.

In the next step, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will continue to carry out training on enhancing the integration capabilities of primary-level government affairs service according to the actual circumstances of each sub-district under its direct jurisdiction in order to promote the innovative community government affairs service model.
