Five minutes later, it accurately landed at a delivery point in New Asia Sports City, marking the official operation of the Yunnan's first "Market + Shopping Mall" urban low-altitude delivery route in Guandu District.

That morning, a resident, Zhou Jiayun placed an order for 2 kilograms of live lobsters via mobile phone. The merchant at Guanshang He Ping Seafood Market quickly completed the oxygen infusion and packing process. After undergoing safety checks, the drone immediately departed and delivered the seafood to the New Asia Sports City delivery point within 5 minutes.

Du Guo, head of the operating entity Xunyun Logistics Technology, explained that the TR9S drone used on this route is specifically designed for densely populated urban areas. It adopts a six-rotor configuration and an intelligent flight control system, with a modular design separating the fuselage, battery compartment, and cargo box, capable of safely executing logistics tasks with a 9-kilogram payload. After its opening, the route will be put into commercial operation, serving both consumers seeking instant delivery and providing emergency restocking support for shopping mall catering businesses within 10 minutes.

"Each drone takeoff and landing point is our delivery point, allowing our seafood to be delivered to customers more quickly," said Ye Chengwu, a merchant at Guanshang He Ping Seafood Market. He added that after the route's opening, the store's delivery radius has expanded from 3 kilometers to 10 kilometers, significantly reducing the spoilage rate of live seafood.
