On February 19, the Market Supervision Administration of the Dian Zhong New Area organized a special equipment safety training session to enhance safety management and operational standards for special equipment, ensuring a safe start to production for the year. The training was attended by leaders and safety management personnel from 103 special equipment user units in the region.

Industry experts were invited to focus on key topics such as safety protocols for the post-holiday return to work, "physical examinations" for special equipment, and the identification of risk points based on equipment types and characteristics. They reminded special equipment user units to conduct safety education and training for workers before they begin their tasks, following safety technical specifications and job responsibility requirements, to raise safety awareness and ensure the implementation of safety production responsibilities.

The meeting also reviewed the safety situation for special equipment in 2024, analyzing and discussing practical case studies of special equipment usage during the post-holiday return to work. The meeting emphasized that relevant enterprises in the area should strictly adhere to the "three implementations, two certifications, one inspection, and one plan" management principles. The training focused on safety risks, precautions, preventive measures, and emergency response procedures, aiming to improve safety responsibility, labor protection awareness, safety prevention, and emergency response capabilities, thus providing safety guarantees for the high-quality development of the Dian Zhong New Area.
