On February 6, Bao Xu, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a team to conduct post-holiday work resumption and production safety inspections at XianDao (Kunming) Technology Co., Ltd., Kunming Haiguangxing Fruit Trading Center construction project, and other sites. A safety "helping" work meeting was also held.

Bao emphasized that the entire district must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions and instructions on safety production. He stressed the importance of raising political awareness, staying clear-headed, and accurately analyzing and assessing the current safety production situation to ensure a smooth transition through the period of concentrated safety production risks. Focus must be placed on weak areas such as enterprise safety education and training, maintenance of safety facilities and equipment, and safety management personnel. Leadership should be strengthened, with clear responsibilities assigned to departments for oversight and to enterprises for their main responsibilities.

Bao also highlighted the need to improve safety risk early-warning monitoring, increase safety supervision and inspection, and ensure that the work is carried out with a strong work ethic and effective measures. This will lay a solid foundation for the district's safety production efforts throughout the year and support the high-quality development of the new area.
