To address the difficulty of child care during holidays for employees and further improve employee care services, the "Warm Spring Buds, Happy Journey" Heartwarming Care Program was officially launched on January 13 by Dian Zhong New Area Federation of Trade Unions. Over 30 children of employees signed up for the program.
This care program lasts for two weeks and includes two classes: one for preschool children and another for primary school children. The courses are designed according to the children's age groups and developmental stages. Among the popular subjects are traditional culture, botany, and brain memory training, which are well-received by the participants. The program, which provides both care and educational activities, ensures that the children enjoy their learning while parents can work with peace of mind. Participants have expressed high satisfaction with the program.
In recent years, Dian Zhong New Area Federation of Trade Unions has organized similar care programs during school holidays, solving problems for employees while enriching their children's holiday experiences. This initiative brings warmth and care, embodying the Federation's commitment to supporting its workers.
