To strengthen the exchange and cooperation between Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and the Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone, on December 4, Bao Xu, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a delegation to Mohan to investigate the best practices and advanced experience of cross-regional collaboration in Mohan.

At the Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone, the delegation visited the Mohan Railway Smart Exhibition Center, the square in front of Mohan China Railway Station, Mohan International Trade Street (Secondary Border Gate), and Nanpo International Industrial Park. They observed the construction progress of key projects on-site and gained a detailed understanding of the regional planning and development, border trade, and investment environment.

Bao noted that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area should fully implement the requirements of the CPC Kunming Municipal Committee and the Kunming Municipal People's Government for key cross-regional collaboration efforts, giving full play to the dual-core advantage of the national new area status and Mohan international dry port. He called for diligently learning from the proactive and excellence-driven work ethos of the Mohan-Boten Economic Cooperation Zone, enhancing comprehensive exchanges and collaboration with it, actively inviting and organizing enterprises to visit and invest in Mohan, and ensuring that cross-regional collaboration efforts are deepened and made more effective.
