In order to implement the guidance and requirements from the on-site research by the leaders of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, on November 4, Bao Xu, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a team to supervise and inspect the urban appearance and environmental improvement work in the directly managed zones of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. He emphasized the need to continuously strengthen refined urban management and to elevate the various initiatives to new heights.

The inspection team visited key areas such as the Aviation Logistics Park, Changshui Aviation City, Hilton Hotel, and Lingxiang Overpass, where they conducted on-site inspections of the urban appearance and environmental improvements, including green belts along roads, protective green spaces, and "pocket parks."

Bao urged all relevant units in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to adhere to the people-centered development philosophy, and to design and plan every detail in a scientifically rational way based on the principle of benefiting and serving the public. This includes continuously improving urban functions, expanding green spaces, enhancing the sense of layers, and improving the overall quality. He called for the strengthening of refined urban management, establishing a responsibility system to ensure seamless coordination in management. Additionally, he stressed the importance of smart city construction, including implementing "one network for unified management" and "one map for coordinated operations," ensuring comprehensive, seamless urban management, and advancing environmental improvements in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.
