Recently, Located on the first floor of Building 5 in the Konggang Business Plaza at No.1 Dianxing Street, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area Real Estate Registration Sub-center serves as an official certification point for the Kunming Real Estate Registration Center. It is the 13th certification point established in the main urban area, allowing entrepreneurs and residents in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to handle relevant services conveniently "at their doorsteps."

This sub-center primarily processes the initial registration, change registration, transfer registration, mortgage registration and cancellation registration of state-owned construction land use right within the jurisdiction of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. It also handles transfer registrations for newly built commercial housing within the main urban area, as well as transfer registrations for individual existing properties, mortgage registrations, change registrations, cancellation registrations, the re-issuance of land-use rights, and inquiries related to real estate archives.
