In early April, Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a team to Hefei City, Anhui Province and Wuhan City, Hubei Province. This visit was aimed at conducting investment attraction activities and research on the construction of the Future Transportation Science City. They visited leading enterprises and science and technology innovation incubation parks in various industries, gaining insights into the development trends of enterprises and studying advanced experiences. They also engaged in discussions and negotiations on cooperation intentions in key sectors such as low-altitude economy, biomedicine, and new energy in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and researched the construction and operation of science innovation incubation platforms.

Yang and his team visited leading enterprises and industrial parks in Hefei, including Industrial Design City of Hefei China, iFLYTEK Co., Ltd., Zerog Aircraft Industry (Hefei) Co., Ltd., and Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., introducing the economic and social development, unique advantages, and industrial characteristics of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area in detail, and sincerely inviting these companies and industrial parks from Hefei to invest in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area for joint development. Yang stated that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is actively building a high-quality industrial park at full capacity, focusing on developing industries such as low-altitude economy, new energy, and electronic information. It is hoped that companies and industrial parks from Hefei will work with Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, fully leverage existing industry resources and technological advantages, and jointly promote Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area's industrial development.

While visiting new research and development institutions and innovation achievement transformation platforms in Wuhan such as National Engineering Research Center for Nanomedicine, Wuhan Industrial Institute for Optoelectronics, Wie Wuhan Intelligent Equipment Industrial Institute, Yang and his team earnestly studied the advanced construction and operation practices of Donghu Science City, learned about cutting-edge technologies in industries such as biomedicine, integrated circuits, high-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing, digital industry, actively learned from Wuhan's industrial models and methods, analyzed the unique advantages and construction methods that fit the characteristics of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, and provided clear directions for the construction of Future Transportation Science City that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is initiating.
