From March 4th to 7th, Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a team to Shangdong Province and Beijing City to carry out investment promotion work. They visited leading enterprises and the industry association in the aviation industry and met with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Transport to seek more guidance and assistance for the development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

In Shangdong, Yang and his team, together with Yunnan Aviation Industry Investment Group, visited Taikoo (Shangdong) Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd. and Weihai Guangtai Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. for research and discussions and conducted on-site visits to the enterprises' passenger-to-cargo production workshops, aircraft maintenance hangars, aircraft painting hangars and airport ground equipment production factories, and learned in details about the company's maintenance business, product market prospects and future development plans. Yang stated that with the rapid progress of Kunming Changshui International Airport's extension and renovation project, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will become one of the most dynamic regions for the domestic aviation industry and airport economic development in the future. Coupled with its strategic advantages of being an important fulcrum as a center to South Asia and Southeast Asia, there are unlimited prospects for companies to develop the aviation industry and expand markets in South Asia and Southeast Asia. At present, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is vigorously developing the aviation industry, fostering and boosting the aviation service industry. Enterprises are sincerely invited to visit Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area for inspection and negotiate cooperation projects such as aircraft maintenance base and assembly of airport equipment components. Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will create a first-class business environment, guarantee first-class service, and provide strong support for industries and talent introduction. During the visit to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Transport, Yang and his team expressed their sincere hope that national ministries will continue to be concerned about and support the development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, providing guidance and support to Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area in cultivating and expanding industries such as big intelligent networking automobile industry, low-altitude economy, future industries, and developing new quality productive forces.

Focused on the development of a low-altitude economy, Yang Bi, the Chairman of Kunming Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, along with Yang Dongwei and his team, visited China General Aviation Development Association Limited. They discussed the economy application scenarios, market demands, and development opportunities of Yunnan's low-altitude economy and explored the path of the layout of the low-altitude economy in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. They hope to seize opportunities in the fields of low-altitude economy and general aviation with the help of China General Aviation Development Association's industry resources, and both sides can work together for development.
