From February 19th to 23rd, the Human Resource Center of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area fully promoted the "Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area helps enterprises' new year recruitment online and offline series activities" to be carried out with high quality.

The Human Resource Center of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area seized the key period of recruitment between the Spring Festival holiday and Lantern Festival, actively collecting various recruitment information jointly with two state-owned enterprises directly under the Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, Yunnan Hangdu Urban Operations Co., Ltd. and Kunming Ruixin Urban Operation Management Co., Ltd. They went to Yuxi, Lincang, Songming, and Nanba Labor Market in Guandu District to conduct offline recruitment activities for 15 enterprises in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, including Kunming Vital New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Zhongwei Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., Yunnan Chuangshijie Photoelectric Technology Co. Ltd., and Yunnan Guangtai Paper Industry Co., Ltd.

Among 15 enterprises, some HR managers met with job seekers face-to-face to provide detailed information about the company and its benefits, sincerely inviting them to join the company. The recruitment information for companies that were not present was promoted and distributed by the Human Resource Center of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. The staff at the center patiently inquired about job seekers' skills and job preferences, helped match them with relevant positions, registered job seekers' information, and promptly provided it to relevant companies. As of now, a total of 41 preliminary intentions have been reached, and data from 120 job seekers with intentions has been collected.

In addition, the Human Resource Center of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area combined the online and offline social media platforms to optimize service capabilities. Through various online consultation groups created by Yunnan Hangdu Urban Operations Co., Ltd. and Kunming Ruixin Urban Operation Management Co., Ltd., the HR center promoted job opportunities for companies, bridging the gap between job seekers and employers and facilitating enterprises from Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to recruit front-line industrial talents more effectively.
