On January 4th, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area held a mobilization meeting to appoint representatives to serve enterprises, deploying 127 individuals to offer on-site services to businesses. Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, presided over the meeting and delivered the mobilization speech.

Yang noted that in recent years, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area has been focusing on industrial development, implementing a strategy to strengthen the region by bolstering industries and optimizing the business environment through concerted efforts, resulting in a sustained and positive economic upturn, with significant contributions from enterprises in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. The deployment of these representatives to provide in-person support to businesses builds a new platform for direct communication and is a crucial step towards continually enhancing the business environment in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

Yang emphasized the need for these representatives to continuously improve their abilities to identify, analyze, and solve issues in service of the enterprises. He outlined that they are expected to provide comprehensive "full-cycle," "full-chain," "full-process," and "all-round" support and services to businesses. This includes precise dissemination of policies for the benefit of enterprises, assistance with approval services, timely feedback on business appeals, and on-the-spot resolution of corporate difficulties, all aimed at promoting the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.

Yang expressed his hope that the appointed representatives would value their work and learning opportunities to enhance their capabilities to support and benefit enterprises. They should prioritize key areas, proactively serve, and act as liaisons between the government and businesses, agents for approval, coordinators for relief, guardians of development, and supervisors of the business environment. It is imperative for representatives to strictly adhere to corporate policies and disciplines to maintain a positive image of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. Relevant departments of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area should strengthen the assessment and supervision to ensure that all issues raised by enterprises are properly addressed. He also encouraged enterprises to report issues honestly and boldly, to support the work of representatives serving in enterprises, and to effectively help promote investment attraction in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area by serving enterprises well.
