On August 7th, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Yunnan Province led a delegation of entrepreneurs from the Advanced Medical Technology Association to visit Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. They had a comprehensive understanding of the development status and advantages of biomedicine, medical device, and healthcare industries in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and exchanged views on cooperation matters. 

Jiao Ling, Vice President of the Advanced Medical Technology Association and General Manager in China, and Deng Jian, Vice President of  Medtronic, Inc., came to the Planning Exhibition Hall of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to understand the economic and social development, industry cultivation, and investment attraction policies of the area. They also visited Yunnan Obos Medical Technology Co., Ltd and Yunnan Zhongqian Denture Technology Co., Ltd to learn about the companies' business development, product composition, and technological advantages. 

Duan Hongbo, a member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, had in-depth exchanges with entrepreneurs. Duan stated that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Areas has Kunming Changshui International Airport, the 4th largest international hub airport in China, with 2 hours flight covering the entire South Asia and Southeast Asia, providing strong support for enterprises to expand domestic and international markets. Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area has always focused on developing the biomedical industry as a key industry since its establishment. At present, the biomedical industry is gaining momentum with the biomedical industry system coming into being led by three major brands, Sinopharm, Yunyao Group, KPC Pharmaceuticals, and a group of influential and high-quality enterprises such as Health Guard Biotechnology and Kunming Chaoqi Biotechnology settled in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. It is hoped that entrepreneurs seize the development opportunities to invest in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to achieve win-win cooperation.
