At present, the Kunming Airport Shidai Center project, built by the construction management company under Kunming Airport Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., passed the official acceptance check at one time. Once the project is put into operation, the housing and other problems of people working and living in the industrial park will be solved, which is of great significance to optimize the business environment and enhance industrial development attraction in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

Kunming Airport Shidai Center project, located at the intersection of Konggang Avenue and Hunshuitang Street, is the core area of the Airport Industrial Park in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. The project provides basic supporting facilities, including 7 buildings, of which 6 are government-subsidized rental housing, and 1 is a commercial building with a gross floor area of 236,700 square meters.

Since the start of construction in 2019, the Kunming Airport Shidai Center project has continuously implemented the principle of "safety first and quality first." With the joint efforts and support from Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, Kunming Airport Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., and other relevant construction companies, the project has overcome the difficulties of diverse main structures, limited construction site, a large volume of rock excavation in the foundation pit and complex karst geological conditions and has successfully completed the construction target tasks and achieved the goal of meeting the inspection requirement after being built.
