On May 28th, Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area (hereinafter referred to as New Area), met with Zhou Jianming, Vice General Manager of China Railway No.10 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Railway No.10 Engineering Group). Both exchanged views on the development, construction, and financial services of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

Yang stated that New Area's mission is to build a comprehensive pilot area of new urbanization in the western region. In recent years, New Area has vigorously promoted infrastructure construction and built a transportation system connecting internally and externally. At present, New Area is accelerating the extension and renovation of Kunming Changshui International Airport, the construction of Chongqing-Kunming high-speed train and Changshui-Shuanglong Expressway, focusing on the planning and building of Future Transportation and Science City in Xiaoshao Area and creating a modern new town with the integrated development of industry, education, research, commerce, and housing, featuring transportation technology. It is hoped that China Railway No.10 Engineering Group will actively participate in developing New Area. At the same time, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will guarantee sound services, support enterprises in expanding their market space, and help them achieve steady development. 

Zhou noted that New Area, on a national level, has enormous potential in the future. China Railway No.10 Engineering Group hopes to cooperate with New Area and leverage the location and transportation advantages of New Area to expand the market in the Southwest region and in South Asia and Southeast Asia. China Railway No.10 Engineering Group will actively take part in the development of Yunnan Dian Zhong Area and give full play to its advantages in order to help promote the high-quality development of the New Area.
