Recently, Yang Dongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area led a team to Yunnan Dian Zhong Science City and conducted an investigation of the Xiaoshao camping base project and Xiaoshao EOD project construction.

At the Xiaoshao camping base project site, relevant enterprises made a report on the project construction planning and progress. After listening to the report, Yang gained an in-depth understanding of the construction ideas of the camping base and surrounding infrastructure and supporting facilities and provided guidance on how to solve pain points and difficulties that occurred during the project as well as how to identify the future development direction. For the Xiaoshao EOD project, Yang listened to the report on the project's progress made by related enterprises and learned more about the problems in the project advancement.

The Xiaoshao camping base project and Xiaoshao EOD project are the key projects for the coordinated promotion of ecological protection and economic development in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. The departments at all levels should visit projects more frequently and provide more guidance accordingly to help address the problems and difficulties during the project advancement. Construction companies and relevant departments should make more efforts in the preliminary planning of the project, give full play to the original ecological resources and natural landscape advantages, such as existing grasslands and shrubs, reduce manual intervention and build the Xiaoshao camping base project with high standards, and high quality. Meanwhile, all departments should adhere to the concept of ecological priority and green development, optimize the design based on the original natural landscape, scientifically improve the functional layout and coordinate and promote the construction of the Xiaoshao EOD project so as to assist in the high-quality development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.
