On Jan 28, Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area held a meeting with Yan Hao, the chairman of the board of China Pacific Construction Group. Both sides will have in-depth cooperation on the construction of infrastructure, and the comprehensive operation of urbanization, working together to boost economic and social development.

Zhao said that last year Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area maintained good momentum for development with all levels working together on investment attraction and project construction. This year, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will continue to focus on 5 key points covering quality improvement, international cooperation, construction of new city, reform and innovation and the improvement of livelihood, and 5 new zones with the quality of strength, opening-up, beauty, vitality and felicity so as to facilitate the development and construction of Yunnan Dian Zhong Science City, an airport advanced manufacturing zone and aviation modern service zone. It is hoped that China Pacific Construction Group will strengthen the communication with Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, give full play of its advantages on the infrastructure construction and comprehensive management of urbanization, and take part in the construction of the new city in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and the construction of other projects including transportation, municipal administration, architecture and water conservancy to jointly promote the rapid economic and social development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

Yan Hao said that the infrastructure construction and comprehensive management of urbanization are the main business of  China Pacific Construction Group. With the support of infrastructure, the guide of industrial development and the strength of technological innovation and financial service, China Pacific Construction Group provides a set of overall scheme for the urban development. Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, as a national new area, has enormous space for future development. It is hoped that China Pacific Construction Group will find the opportunity to work with Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and participate in the development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area to witness its high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
