In order to have an in-depth understanding of companies’ production and operation and bolster the growth of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, led a team to Zhongchi Sanlong Power Co., Ltd., SANY Heavy Industry Yunnan Xiangtai Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. to help enterprises solve difficulties.

At Zhongchi Sanlong Power Co., Ltd., the research team visited the production workshop and assembly line to learn about the company’s production and operation. At SANY Heavy Industry Yunnan Xiangtai Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., the research team held a face-to-face meeting with heads of enterprises and gave suggestions for breaking the bottleneck of enterprise development.

Zhao said that the two companies contributed to high-quality development as major high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. The high-end equipment and automobile manufacturing industrial chain is one of 13 key industrial chains set by Kunming City. Based on the actual situation of Kunming City and Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, all levels in the Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will make good use of policies and make joint efforts of all parties to continuously serve enterprises well by being a “think tank” to solve difficulties so as to promote the high-quality development of high-end equipment and automobile manufacturing industry.

Zhao also pointed out that with the operation of the China-Laos Railway and Kunming granted the trusteeship over Mohan Town of Xishuangbanna Prefecture, the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area has entered into a new journey. More products “made from Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area” will be delivered to Laos and Thailand via China-Laos Railway international freight trains and be transported to Southeast Asia countries and the world. It is hoped that the two enterprises make full use of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area’s opening-up and development, continue to increase the research and development efforts, enrich the varieties of products, extend industrial chains, expand productivity and gather upstream and downstream enterprises for coordinated development to help achieve the high-quality development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.
