To comprehensively increase the operating rate, capital availability rate, and contract performance rate of investment attraction projects in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, on Oct 20, Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area led a team to visit Kunming Vital New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Invensight Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Kunming Health Guard Biotechnology Co., Ltd., made an on-site inspection and exchanged views with heads of relevant enterprises. The team heeded the demand of enterprises, had a detailed understanding of the construction, production, and operation of projects as well as the goal and ideas of next-step development, and mulled over how to solve the difficulties and problems in company development and project construction.

At the project site of Kunming Vital New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Zhao learned more about the progress, difficulties, and problems of project construction and the company's market and production outlook this year and next year. Zhao also considered how to provide support for accelerating the project construction and streamlining the project approval.

At Yunnan Invensight Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Zhao coordinated on the spot to help resolve the urgent demand of the company for talent introduction and the application for "talent condos".

At the project site of Kunming Health Guard Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Zhao also held an on-site meeting for matters raised by the enterprise, such as the change of part of the project planning scheme, how to speed up the construction of the second phase of the project, the equipment installation, and plant GMP verification.

Zhao stressed that all departments should be proactive in serving the enterprises, further improving the normalized communication mechanism between government and enterprises, and strive to help enterprises tackle difficulties with actual deeds so as to provide higher quality services and a better business environment to enable companies to achieve greater development.
