On September 29, Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area held a conference on promoting the 2022 Party building work of the "two new" organizations. The conference reviewed the work achievements, found problems in depth, and addressed them with precise solutions to effectively improve the quality of the Party building work of the "two new" organizations.

Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, presided over the conference and made the work deployment.

Zhao stressed that the Party building work of the "two new" organizations is a key part of the primary-level Party building of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. Since this year, all departments of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and Kunming Airport Economic Zone have constantly strengthened their organization and leadership and built a good work pattern. With the further development and construction of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, the development of "two new" organizations in the New Area has been booming as new modes and patterns emerge at a quicker speed, and the social governance based on collaboration, participation, and common gains has been formed gradually, posing new challenges and requirements of the Party building work of the "two new" organizations of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

Zhao also said all levels in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area are required to improve political stance, build consensus, and have an in-depth understanding of the importance of the Party building work of the "two new" organizations, and in the current work, there is still room for improvement. All should focus on the targets and problems and make continuous efforts to build "two new model areas of Party building", through measures such as enhancing the organizations and institutions and the construction of positions, to accomplish "three highlight projects", to strengthen the education and training, providing support and assurance.
