On August 31, Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area, held a meeting with Hou Zhenfu, the Co-President of Vital Materials. They exchanged views on accelerating the development of Vital Materials’ new material technopark project in Kunming. Both sides said they will join hands to clear the difficulties and blockages in the project advancement to help the project be completed and put into operation as soon as possible.

Zhao said that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is stepping up the development of emerging industries with new materials as the leading industry. The Vital Materials’ new material technopark in Kunming is a key project that New Area introduced. It is hoped that the construction of the Vital Materials’ new material technopark in Kunming will be accelerated and put into production this year. Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area will provide the best service and create the best environment to support the project construction fully. Related support policies and preferential tax policies will be in place to facilitate the company's growth in the New Area, leading and promoting the development of the new material industry.
