On August 4, a conference on promoting the primary-level Party building in the first half of 2022 was held in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area.

The conference studied thoroughly and followed Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and implemented the decisions and plans of the Party Central Committee, the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, the CPC Kunming Municipal Committee, and the Party Working Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area on the primary-level Party building. The meeting also listened to the annual work report of the primary-level Party building from each Party Working Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and made deployment for the following key tasks to ensure the primary-level Party building is pushed forward and to deliver solid effects and provided significant political guarantees for embarking on a new journey of high-quality development in full swing.

Zhao Xuefeng, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Deputy Director of Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area attended the meeting and made the work deployment.

The conference noted that in the first half of this year, all Party Working Committees of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area paid great attention to Party building, took practical and effective measures, and focused on the major tasks. Therefore, the primary-level Party building had made progress and yielded results. But in the meanwhile, it is necessary to remain soberly aware that there are some gaps and inadequacies to address in comparison with the requirement set by the Party Central Committee, the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, the CPC Kunming Municipal Committee and the Party Working Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area on the primary-level Party building.

Zhao added that in order to improve the primary-level Party Building in all areas, Party organizations at all levels and all Party members are required to improve their political stance, study thoroughly and follow Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and implement the Party building throughout every aspect of work.

All Party Working Committees of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area should prioritize studying and following the upcoming 20th National Congress of the CPC as the main political task and implement it in promoting the high-quality development of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area and delivering solid outcomes in all areas of work.
