Dian Zhong New Area will anchor the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035, comprehensively consider the foundation, conditions, and needs of the New Area's development, maintaining the strategic focus of "laying the foundation, planning for the long-term," and implementing the "432" strategy. By 2025, the four major initiatives: cultivating characteristic industrial clusters in the New Area, building an integration platform for industry and city, integrating into a large cycle and a dual cycle, and upgrading a first-class business environment will achieve remarkable results. Three iconic new cities: Xiaoshao International New City, Yunnan ASEAN Industrial City, and Airport Guomen Business and Tourism Zone will be initially completed. The two characteristic town clusters: Songming-Airport and Anning will be further improved. They will deeply integrate into a new development pattern with the domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation. The regional GDP of the New Area is expected to reach around 140 billion yuan. The New Area will be at the forefront and set a benchmark in the province's high-quality development.
